A slightly-belated Happy New Year to you!

On New Year’s Eve, nearly 40 of us gathered in the gorgeous Shambhala London Meditation Centre for a 2 hour gong bath from 10pm - midnight, finishing off with a powerful kundalini chant that we finished just as the midnight fireworks started all around us. It was a magical ending to a really special evening.

Thanks to all of you who came along for making it such a wonderful event, and thank you to Jez and the community at the Shambhala Centre for hosting us.

I donated all of the proceeds (minus £122 to cover the direct costs: venue-hire, UberXL cab there and back to transport my stuff, cinnamon tea) to the 3 brilliant organisations Extinction Rebellion, Help Refugees and Medicines Sans Frontieres. So just over £225 to each of them, which is fantastic!
